Refund & Cancellation Policy

Critical Conditions
Please read our refund terms carefully. Payments are protected, but once engineering commits, we allocate dev assets.
1. Eligibility window
Clients purchasing custom digital development services from **TANMAY CHAUDHARY** (the operating legal entity of FUSIONHUB) may request a refund for their payment only within the first 24 hours of checkout. If you need a refund, you must contact our support desk at support@fusionhub.in within exactly 24 hours of payment.
2. Active Development Lock
Notwithstanding the 24-hour window, once our design or engineering build of your website starts, **no refunds can be issued**. As soon as our developer commits resources, wireframes, or code setups to your repository, all fees paid become non-refundable.
3. Discord Bot Engineering
For Discord Bot development contracts, work begins immediately after payment. If coding of the Discord Bot starts within the 24-hour window, no refund can be granted.
4. Digital Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the custom nature of our design and development assets, digital codebases and deployed files cannot be "returned" or "replaced" in a traditional sense. However, to ensure absolute satisfaction, FUSIONHUB offers a **14-day post-delivery bug-fix support warranty** during which any deployment bugs or code replacement issues matching initial project specifications are fixed free of charge.
