1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website FUSIONHUB (https://www.fusionhub.in) or purchasing any development packages (websites, web applications, or Discord bots), you represent that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and **TANMAY CHAUDHARY**, the legal entity operating the FUSIONHUB website and services.

2. Development Scope & Delivery

FUSIONHUB designs and builds custom digital assets according to the specifications submitted via our project request form. Delivery timelines start only after payment clears and project scope is mutually approved.

3. Hosting Specifications

**Website Projects**: For all website builds (Business Portfolios, E-Commerce, Blog Hubs, Web Apps), FUSIONHUB handles design, development, and hosting on our secure Vercel Edge networks.

**Discord Bot Projects**: FUSIONHUB builds and packages the code for Discord Bot orders. **We do NOT host Discord bots**. You are solely responsible for hosting the bot code on your own server (VPS, Heroku, Replit, etc.).

4. Misuse & Illegal Activities (Limitation of Liability)

FUSIONHUB only provides design, development, and initial deployment services. If any client or third party misuses, alters, or uses the websites, web applications, or Discord bots we build to conduct illegal activities, scams, fraudulent schemes, server abuse, or violate any local or international laws, FUSIONHUB is **absolutely not responsible** for such actions. The client assumes full legal liability, operational accountability, and regulatory compliance for the content, operation, and usage of the delivered digital assets.

5. Payment Terms & Transaction Currency

FUSIONHUB processes all transactions securely. We accept payments in **US Dollars (USD)** and **Indian Rupees (INR)**. For custom projects requiring advance or partial payments, such payments are binding and non-refundable once developer allocation or engineering sprints have commenced.

6. Legal & Age Restrictions

By purchasing services from FUSIONHUB, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, or have explicit parental or guardian consent to enter into a legally binding contract.

7. Export Restrictions

Services and software provided by FUSIONHUB may be subject to trade and export control laws of various jurisdictions. You agree not to request development that violates any applicable trade restrictions, sanctions, or international export controls.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our **Refund & Cancellation Policy**. Refund requests must be sent to support@fusionhub.in within 24 hours of payment. No refunds are available once active development or coding has commenced.
